A great way to shock the body with variety every week. Suitable for all abilities.

Beginner's Spin

A beginner friendly variant of our 'High Intensity' motivating cardiovascular calorie burner which involves the use of exercise bikes in a group environment. A gentler introduction to the world of spin!
