This class enjoys both elements of Yoga and Pilates in a flowing free-style class with no choreography. Powerful postures and stamina of yoga compliments the core strength and postural techniques of Pilates in a safe and effective manner which is suitable for all levels of fitness including clients with injuries or new to fitness. Each week this class will be different!
Intense total body workout combining functional training stations with optional cardio “HIIT” intervals to allow for all abilities. Using our Functional Training Rig, designed to improve strength and fitness.
(Advance – More Stations, Higher Intensity, “HIIT” Intervals and some “FUN” Finishers)
A total body workout that changes every week, one week may be a Functional Training Rig
Circuit Class, A Boxing based Circuit in the Studio, A Traditional Circuit Class in the Sports Hall or especially in the Summer a Military Boot Camp Style circuit in one of our outdoor training areas. A great way to shock the body with variety every week. Suitable for all abilities.
A beginner friendly variant of our 'High Intensity' motivating cardiovascular calorie burner which involves the use of exercise bikes in a group environment. A gentler introduction to the world of spin!
