I have been working in the health and fitness since leaving school 12 years ago. I started off as a trainee fitness instructor and progessed to fitness instructor at Overstone Park. I then progressed onto Rushton Hall and became Head of Spa Operations, I was there for 9 years before coming across to 3d Health and Fitness as Club Manager.
In my spare time I enjoy training in the gym to maintain my fitness. I also play football for Brixworth FC.
I am here to help progress and develop the club into a successful and enjoyable leisure club for all members and guests.

Eating right is the first step towards a better body

My interest in fitness began as a means of maintaining a healthy weight following a loss of over 7 stone on the Lighterlife Plan.
I joined my local gym and participated in a variety of classes to keep me interested and improve my general fitness levels.
I took up running, and it wasn’t long before I completed my first marathon. Since then I’ve run a few more half & full marathons, and regularly run in muddy obstacle course races, such as Tough Mudder.
When I was made redundant from my job I decided to retrain as a Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor. I began working at the club here after passing the course, taking on the Circuits and Boxercise classes.
Outside of work I still like to run, jumping in puddles and crawling through mud along the way. I also enjoy going to the cinema followed by a cheeky Nandos with some top notch banter, or trips to the zoo, Disneyland & the tattoo shop.

BURPEES. Love them. Hate them. Do them!

I have had a passion for Sport in general since a very young age. The idea of helping and supporting others with their fitness goals gives me great motivation. I qualified as a Fitness Instructor at Moulton College in 2014. I worked as a Fitness Instructor at Corby Swimming Pool and Lodge Park Sports Centre shortly after qualifying. I then went onto completing my Level 3 Personal Training Qualification. I achieved this in May 2015.

In school, I completed a lot of triathlons and did regular sport activities. Whilst at college I completed work experience at Trilogy Gym in Northampton. I also volunteered as an Event Marshal for Just Race UK. I am looking to further progress my Fitness Career and gain more qualifications in the near future.

Exercise isn’t just for January!

I have now worked in the fitness industry for around 5 years and I have been training myself for a similar amount of time, although more seriously for the past year . I’ve always enjoyed many sports, especially football. Going forward I’m looking to learn even more and gain more experience in not just the training side, but the daily running of a leisure facility. Id also like to gain more experience with the nutritional side of health and fitness.
Outside work I have many hobbies, being especially passionate about motorbikes whether it be racing, watching or just out enjoying riding with great people. Other hobbies include fitness training and walking, photography and enjoying the outdoors or just reading books and watching films.

Since I was a little kid I was very active. Playing all kinds of sports (football, running, volleyball, basketball, etc.) and doing a bit of martial arts as well. As I grew older I found an interest in lifting weights. I was doing it for about a year until I was involved in a car accident. Because of that I was aching for the next couple of months and couldn’t find working out fun anymore. I then became lazy and have put some weight on.
I started working in the club in November 2014 back when it was called Eclipse. When I got my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification I decided to dedicate myself to a gym again and with the new equipment I find my workouts even more fun than ever before.
In my free time I love to play my video games and socialise with my friends and family. I also like to go cinema and draw gaming/anime characters from time to time.

I qualified as a beauty therapist in June 2014, passing my exams with full marks.
I thereafter volunteered at Bannatynes Health Club to gain experience in the beauty industry.
I started working at the Kettering Park Hotel and Spa as a Beauty Therapist.
To further my career and to gain more experience I relocated here to Pampered & Polished in march 2015.
I love swimming in my spare time to keep fit and healthy.

I started my beauty therapy career in 2010 when Joined Steiner Leisure working as a spa therapist on board Celebrity Cruise Liners. This allowed me to see a lot of the world including places such as Alaska and Antarctica whist working.
After returning from ships in 2012 I became a senior therapist in a small hotel spa in Edinburgh. However after a few years there I decided to relocate to the midlands to be with my boyfriend in 2015.
Since moving here I worked as a therapist at Rushton Hall Hotel and Spa for just over a year before I was offered the position of beauty therapist to help run and develop Pampered and Polished.
I love food and often can be found eating with friends or with my boyfriend.
