This Full body exercise class is suitable for all levels. Focusing on conditioning drills to get started, followed up with some fun boxing routines whilst partnered up, finished off with a core workout. Class layout will vary from time to time & gloves/pads are provided.
Vinyasa is a flowing dynamic practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with the breath. Classes involve sun salutations, standing poses and forward folds, helping you to build strength and aid balance, all whilst reducing stress and increasing vitality.
