Where do I start?

As with everything at at 3d Health & Fitness, your sessions can be structured to suit your schedule – we know everybody has different working patterns and other commitments, and that’s why we open early and close late. Our personal trainers are available all day, every day, and sessions can be tailored to exactly what you need. Our personal trainers would be happy to discuss your requirements and would be happy to work with you in a variety of ways including:

  • 60 minute sessions
  • Small Group training sessions upon request

EXPERIENCE: 1 year + personal training / 1 year + fitness and instructing

EDUCATION: Active IQ Level 2 Certificate Gym/Fitness Instructor / Active IQ Level 3 Diploma Gym Instructor/Personal Training

WHY ME AS YOUR TRAINER?
My aim is to create detailed and effective sessions for my clients so they can achieve all their fitness goals and help them live the life they want. I will motivate and encourage my clients to push themselves to their limits and gain the best results possible. I can help with a wide variety of goals such as muscle building, weight loss, toning and endurance.
